ORDERING

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) which includes GST

Sales tax:

Customers with a delivery address outside Australia are responsible for their own applicable duties and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Joli Productions is not liable for customers import charges.
We have no control over these costs. They are set by each countries government and vary depending on your location. You can usually find details of the import tax on your local government website.
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to us at Joli Productions. We cannot be held liable for refunding customers in this case. If we do receive a refused parcel back and you would like it to be sent again, you will need to pay additional shipping costs.

MOUNTING & FRAMING

The price of your print does not include mounting or framing. We suggest you have your print professionally framed in your local area after delivery. We understand how exciting it is to receive your new print but suggest you avoid handling it with your bare hands. We suggest wearing clean white cotton gloves and when you are ready please take it to a professional framer to avoid mishandling.

Returns:

Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for assistance. We suggest that you please take a photo of the damage and send it with your email.

• 30cm x 45cm [approx 12” x 18”]
• 40cm x 60cm [approx 16” x 24”]
• 60cm x 90cm [approx 20” x 30”]
• 80cm x 120cm [approx 32” x 48”]
• 120cm x 180cm [approx 48” x 72”]

My work is printed on 310gsm heavyweight archival Canson Rag Photographique paper and 260gsm digital lustre paper. All prints are made in Australia.
If you see an image photographed by me on any of my Social Media channels or on websites or magazines, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.
